Quality and safety are among the most important elements that we place among our priorities that we cannot compromise on. Also, over the past years, we have provided contracting, maintenance and operation work with a distinguished quality and safety system that keeps pace with the ongoing challenges and is in line with the various requirements of our clients.
The most important procedures of our quality policy are the permanent inspection and periodic monitoring of various works, with following up on the progress of performance indicators for all employees in the institution, measuring the extent of our customers’ satisfaction with the services we provide to them, and taking all approved safety and security measures.
